The Role: We are seeking a Capital Project Supervisor to oversee capital improvement, construction and renovation related project(s) at the property level.  Depending upon the size of the project, a Project Supervisor may oversee multiple projects simultaneously.  Projects may be interior or exterior in nature.

Qualifications: A College degree, preferably in Construction Management is desired, but not required. A contractor’s License is a plus. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills with an ability to present material in an appropriate manner to suit all audiences. The ideal applicant will be computer literate (word/excel), detailed oriented, be able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently. Experience working with architects, engineers, and contractors on small- and large-scale projects with multiple design-build elements and with a focus on value engineering is required. We are also seeking someone with working knowledge of architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical systems. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, includes mechanical, electrical, structural and landscape.
